Alpena® products are covered by a one (1) year limited warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty applies to the original owner only and requires valid proof of purchase. Normal wear and tear, improper installation, misuse, abuse, modifications, accidents, or use beyond the intended purpose are not covered.
If you believe your product is defective, please contact our support team and follow the provided return instructions. Once the product is reviewed and approved, we will issue a replacement at no cost for shipping the new item. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping of the defective product. If a replacement is unavailable due to product updates or availability, a store credit may be issued instead.
