We want you to be confident in your Alpena® purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of the purchase date to request a return. For eligible returns requested within this 30-day period, Alpena® will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to the customer.

If a return is requested after 30 days from the purchase date, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on the product and customer location.

For non-defective returns, products should be unused, unopened and returned in their original packaging in resalable condition. Customers are responsible for packaging returned items securely. Products damaged during return shipping due to inadequate packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

If your product is defective, Alpena® offers a one-year conditional warranty. Warranty claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may depend on factors such as the product, application, installation, vehicle make and model, and the circumstances of the issue.
