All Alpena® products include a 6-month limited warranty, unless otherwise specified on the product page or packaging.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and product failures that occur under normal use and proper installation during the warranty period.

This warranty does not cover:

• Improper installation or misuse

• Normal wear and tear

• Cosmetic damage after use

• Damage caused by accidents, modifications, or environmental exposure

• Incorrect vehicle application or compatibility issues

To initiate a warranty claim, please email orders@alpena.ca with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos (if applicable). Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 business hours.

Approved warranty claims may result in a replacement, repair, or refund at Alpena’s discretion. All claims are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
