Shipping Policy

At Alpena, we work to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders shipping within Canada and the United States are normally processed and shipped within 24 hours of being placed.

Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays may be processed on the next business day. During major sales, promotions, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has shipped, the estimated delivery time is approximately 2–3 business days within Canada and the United States.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more within Canada and the United States.

The $75 minimum is calculated before applicable taxes and after any discounts or promotional codes have been applied.

Orders below $75 will be subject to shipping charges calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow some time for the carrier’s tracking system to update.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping information.

Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address or redirect the shipment.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team with your order number and relevant details. We will review the issue and assist you with the available next steps.
